What Is Your Returns Policy?
In the unlikely event that you have any dissatisfaction with your products, we want to make sure that this is an easy a process as possible for you. We are more than happy to exchange any products within 14 days of you receiving the order, conditional upon the returned product(s) is in a re-sellable condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging: with special relation to racket returns, so there is the no avoidance of doubt, the cellophane must remain on the grip in order for us to process the return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You must package the items, along with a receipt or proof of purchase, and send them back to the delivery address. It is your responsibility to provide proof of return.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within five working days to notify you that have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, with 14 working days of processing the refund. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
We do not accept liability for lost, damaged or undelivered items. We therefore recommend returning the goods through traceable means. Once we receive your item(s), we will update you on the progress of you order and you will receive an email alert from us. Please allow seven working days for us to respond to your return.
Any faulty products will need to be returned to the address: Oliver Sports, Bryn Hedydd, Ffordd Cildwrn, Llangefni, Ynys Mon, LL77 7NN. for inspection. We will contact you within seven working days of receiving any returned products to inform you how we will move forward.

Can I Return items I Bought In The Sale?
Unfortunately, all sale items cannot be refunded.
